Affiliate & Amazon Associates Disclaimer
Full Commercial Disclosure under FTC 16 CFR § 255 Guidelines
1. Amazon Associates Program Disclosure
GameApp.info is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and affiliated global Amazon storefronts.
As an Amazon Associate, GameApp.info earns from qualifying purchases made through outbound links to computer hardware, graphics cards, processors, solid-state drives, and PC building peripherals.
2. Impact on Editorial Independence
Our affiliate relationships never compromise our benchmark data or testing verdicts. We do not recommend inferior hardware simply because it offers higher affiliate commissions. If a graphics card exhibits poor frame pacing, thermal throttling, or excessive coil whine during testing, our review will explicitly state so regardless of commercial relationships.
3. No Extra Cost to Readers
Purchasing hardware or software through our affiliate links does not incur any additional cost to you. The purchase price remains identical whether you navigate directly to the retailer or follow a recommendation on GameApp.info. The commissions earned directly support our hardware testing lab, electricity bills, and benchmarking equipment.
4. Hardware Sample Transparency
When a manufacturer provides an engineering sample or test unit for benchmark review, this status is explicitly disclosed at the top of the relevant article. We retain all tested hardware in our lab archive or return it to the manufacturer upon request; we never accept hardware in exchange for guaranteed positive coverage.
